    Upcoming temporary closure for aerial feral animal control: Atkinsons lookout trail and Rosella Plains lookout trail, Undara Volcanic National Park

    Atkinsons lookout trail and Rosella Plains lookout trail will be closed from Tuesday 13 October to Friday 16 October 2026 (dates inclusive) as Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service will be conducting feral animal control, depending on suitable weather conditions. This will involve the use of firearms and helicopters and is part of the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service pest management program.
